WHAT DOES THE PLAN INCLUDE?

The Crofton Care Plan is just £10.99 per month and covers:

• two dental health examinations a year.

• two hygienist appointments per year including scale and polish and periodontal advice

• routine x-rays.

• a choice of 10% discount or interest free credit on treatment fees for all existing

patients. (Discount on treatment fees is available for new patients after 12 months of

attendance at the practice).

• diet and oral hygiene advice.

• membership card with 24 hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home

or abroad.

• worldwide Supplementary Insurance.
